What is the delivery time?
After we receive your product, you could expect 15 business days for your project to be completed.
Is it possible to fast track the production?
There are a lot of aspects and time involved, such as planning, scripting and arranging time with the model / actors. We can offer 7-10 business days delivery with an additional fee of $500 per video.
Do I get to pick what goes into the video?
You are able to tell us as much about your product & special requirements in the video questionnaire. We will do our very best to meet your expectations as long as they fit within our guidelines!
Do you offer discount for bulk orders?
Sure, we do! Please email us or schedule a call if you are interested.
Do I have to pay for revision?
We do not charge extra for standard revision (grammar, font styling, color, adding or removing transition, simple footage re-ordering).
Reshooting your product will incur extra charges as we need to work it out again with our videographer, models and editors.
Video revision does take time and may delay your delivery dates. We highly recommend you provide us as much detail as possible when ordering.
Can you create ad from my own video RAW files?
Yes! We can edit your footage starting at $350 per video, quote may vary and depends on the number of footages. Contact us to ask for a quote.
Can you send my product back?
Yes, we can. Please provide us with a pre-paid shipping label. A handling fee of $25 apply for repacking and drop off at the local post office.
